Nuestro pequeño Mouwe, es el macho más pequeño que tenemos en la protectora. Tiene mucha energía, él se creo un doberman gigante, no le gustan mucho los perros grandes, se lleva bien con hembras y otros perros, pero preferiblemente de su mismo tamaño. Tiene 6 años aproximadamente, está castrado y es muy cairñoso con la gente.

Nuestra alegre Velvet, es una perrita muy buena, algo tímida con los desconocidos, pero cariñosa cuando te conoce, a ella se le rescató de un parque en el sur. Gracias a los turistas que paseaban y se preocupaban por ella, pudo sobrevivir.Lamentablemente tiene filaria, y está en tratamiento. Cuando se termine el tratamiento, estará lista para adopción. Ella, ha estado mucho tiempo abandonada, es hora de que sepa lo que es el calor de un verdadero hogar.

NUEVA ENTRADA - NEW ENTRANCE - NEUZUGANG : TIM

Tim es una perrito de año y medio, muy bueno, tranquilo. Fue abandonado, sin chip, nadie por la zona preguntó por él ni le conocía. Y la persona que lo encontró ya no puede hacerse cargo de este perrito por más tiempo. Así que Tim, ya está con nosotros. Es un perro muy noble y sociable, es algo tímido, pero cariñoso.



Tim is a 1 and a half year old dog, very nice, quiet, very sociable, shy and loving. He was found abandoned and without a microchip, nobody knew him. The person who found him can’t keep him more, so Tim is now with us. We hope he can find a new home soon.

Tim ist ein Hund von 1 1/2 Jahren, sehr brav und ruhig. Er wurde ausgesetzt, ohne Chip, niemand in der Gegend suchte oder kannte ihn. Die Person, die ihn fand, kann sich nicht länger um ihn kümmern und brachte Tim zu uns. Er ist ein sehr nobler, verträglicher Hund, ein bisschen schüchtern, aber verschmust.

Salida de Mouwe- Mouwe's adoption- Mouwes Reise

Este domingo, ha sido el gran día para Mouwe. Este perrito ha sufrido mucho durante años, afortunadamente se pudo rescatar y estuvo estos meses con nosotros. Mouwe ha mejorado mucho su comportamiento, es más confiado, más sociable, aunque con machos grandes sigue un poco arisco. Es muy cariñoso, le encanta correr y pasear. Disfruta mucho con la compañía de los humanos.
Agradecemos a Sandra el haberse ofrecido como madrina de vuelo. Sin la ayuda de Sandra, Mouwe no podría reunirse con su nueva familia y empezar una nueva vida, llena de amor y cuidados como se merece este pequeño ángel. Todos han llegado muy bien. 


Mouwe had his happiest day last Sunday when he flew to meet his new family. He hadn't had so much lucky, he suffered a lot until he arrived to Anahi. During the time he was with us, he recovered a lot and now he is more confident and sociable, although he is still afraid of big dogs. He is a lovely dog who love walking and being with humans.
We want to thank Sndra for being his flight sponsor, without her help Mouwe wouldn't have had the opportunity of finding a new home full of love as he deserves. They told us that he arrived very well.

Am Sonntag war ein grosser Tag für Mouwe. Dieser kleine Hund hat in den letzten Jahren sehr gelitten. Glücklicherweise wurde er gerettet und verbrachte einige Monate bei uns. Sein Verhalten verbesserte sich, er hat mehr Zutrauen, ist besser verträglich, obwohl zu grossen Rüden er immer noch ein wenig kratzbürstig ist. In menschlicher Gesellschaft fühlt er sich sehr wohl, ist sehr verschmust, läuft gerne und liebt Spaziergänge. 
Wir danken Sandra, dass sie sich für ihn als Flugpatin angeboten hatte, denn ohne ihre Hilfe hätte Mouwe nicht zu seiner neuen Familie fliegen können, um ein neues, liebevolles Leben, das dieser kleine Engel verdient hat, zu beginnen.

Peter ahora se llama Bonsai, y Klaus se llama Bailey, han tenido la suerte de ser adoptados por la misma familia. A pesar de que sus dueños ya tienen varios perros, primero adoptaron a Peter, pero al ver que su hermanito se quedaba solito. Decidieron ir por su hermanito también, así que ambos gozan de un hogar, con muchos compañeros. Gracias a su familia por no separarles y quererles tanto.

Peter, now called Bonsai, and Klaus, now called Bailey, were adopted for the same family. Their family has another dogs and they first adopted Peter. But they didn't want to separate them and decided to adopt Klaus too. Thank you very much to their family for allow them to stay together and giving them so much love.


Peter heisst jetzt Bonsai und Klaus Bailey. Beide hatten Glück und wurden von derselben Familie adoptiert. Obwohl ihre neuen Besitzer bereits mehrere Hunde haben, nahmen sie zuerst Peter auf, und da sie seinen kleinen Bruder nicht allein zurücklassen wollten, entschieden sie sich, auch ihn zu sich zu nehmen. Jetzt erfreuen sich die beiden eines Zuhauses mit vielen Kumpels. Danke an ihre Familie, dass sie sie nicht getrennt hat und ihnen soviel Liebe gibt.

Gina, es una hermosa perrita de año y medio. A pesar de ser tan joven, Gina ha servido como perrito para sparring. Sus cicatrices son muestra de ello, agradecemos a la persona que la trajo y rescató. Pero también es necesario que las personas que tienen información al respecto, que tienen pruebas de ello, lo denuncie al SEPRONA o a la Policía Local. No se saca nada con salvar a un perrito, porque a muchos más siguen torturándoles, o aún peor, están muertos. Las denuncias son anónimas, no tengan miedo…DENUNCIEN!!!

Gina is a beautiful year and a half dog who had been used as a sparring dog. Her scars are clear evidence of this. We want to thank the person who rescued her and brought her to Anahi. We also want to ask for help for these dogs, if you have any proof or information of their mistreatment you can go to SEPRONA or the local police, any reports will be treated anonymously. We need to stop this torture of dogs which can end in their death. Please, don’t be afraid, COME FORWARD!

SALIDA DE LUNA - Luna's adoption- Lunas Abflug

Este viernes, Luna ha viajado a su nuevo hogar. Allí la esperan su nueva familia, ella fue rescatada por Edith hace cerca de un año atrás. Llegó en muy malas condiciones, desnutrida, siendo una bola de pelo, con tumores, un ojito sin visión. En todo este tiempo, Lunita se ha recuperado, recuperó peso, se le operaron sus tumores, y se convirtió en una hermosa perrita.
Es un cielo, muy buena, cariñosa, sociable y muy tranquila. Agradecemos a su familia el haberla adoptado, ella llegó muy bien.
Agradecemos a la señora Marion, por ofrecerse como madrina de vuelo y hacer posible que lunita ahora esté en su nuevo hogar.

Luna flew to her new home last Friday. She is the dog rescued by Edith one year ago. She arrived in very bad conditions: very thing, with a lot of knots in her body, with tumors and without a vision in one of her eyes. During this time, she has been recovering weight, we operated her tumors and now she is a beautiful and loving dog.
We want to thank her family for adopting this marvellous dog. They said she arrived very well.
We want to thank also Marion for being her flight sponsor and make this possible.
Am Freitag reiste Luna in ihr neues Zuhause, wo sie schon von ihrer neuen Familie erwartet wurde. Edith fand sie vor etwa 1 Jahr, und sie kam in erbärmlichem Zustand zu uns, als unterernährtes Fellknäuel, mit Tumoren und einem blinden Auge. Seitdem hat sich Luna erholt, an Gewicht zugelegt, ihre Tumore wurden operiert, und sie hat sich in eine hübsche Hündin verwandelt.
Sie ist ein Sonnenschein, sehr brav, verschmust, verträglich und ruhig. wir danken der Familie, dass sie sie adoptiert hat. Und wir danken auch Marion, die sich als Flugpatin für sie zur Verfügung gestellt und Luna die Reise in ihr neues Zuhause ermöglicht hat.

ADOPCION DE YUMA - Adoption of Yuma- Yuma ist adoptiert

Hoy ha sido un gran día, todo empezó cuando fuimos a buscar a Yumita para llevarla a su nuevo hogar. Primero fuimos a la casa de una de nuestras voluntarias para ponerla muy guapa y darle un buen baño. Después fuimos a tomar el barco que salía rumbo a nuestra isla vecina, Tenerife.Al llegar allí, contactamos con la dueña de Yumita. Quedamos en el parque, cerca de su casa para hacer las presentaciones con su nuevo compañero, Pablo. Pablo es un perrito de 7 años, noble, juguetón y muy alegre. Al principio y por estrés del viaje, Yuma no estaba para hacer nuevas amistades, pero después de unos buenos paseos, de conocer a su otra dueña más pequeña, Meli. Fuimos a conocer su nuevo hogar, ahí Yuma se relajó y empezó el juego… Anne, nos ha dicho que se llevan muy bien, que ambos tienen su camita, que juegan mucho y comparten muchos paseos.
Agradecemos enormemente esta adopción, Yumita llevaba 3 años en la protectora. Sin que ni siquiera alguien preguntase por ella. Ella siendo tan buena, cariñosa, noble, sociable, juguetona, un cielo…toda una joya. Una perrita ideal para cualquier persona, estamos felices de que por fin tenga ese hogar, soñado por todos nuestros peludos y que por fin, ahora lo tiene Yuma. Gracias Anne, Meli por adoptarla … les aseguro, años y años de muchos lametones y mucho amor…. Yuma es una de las perritas más cariñosas que ha pasado por nuestra protectora.

Today was a great day for Yuma. It all started when we went to collect her to take her to her new home. First we went to one of the volunteers’ house to give her a bath and make her look her best, before taking the ferry to Tenerife.
When we arrived we called her new owner. We met her in a park near her house so she could be introduced to her new partner Pablo. Pablo is a lovely 7-year-old dog. First, maybe with the stress after the trip, Yuma didn’t want to make friends, but after a long walk and meeting her younger owner Meli, she started playing with Pablo and became more relaxed. Anne told us that they get on very well now: they love playing and walking together.
We want to thank this family a lot because Yumita had been in Anahi for more than 3 years and nobody had taken her. She is a lovely and caring dog who loves playing. She is an ideal dog for anybody and we are very happy knowing that she has the home that all dogs dream of. Thank you very much to Anne and Meli for adopting her, we are sure that your future will be full of love and lickings because Yuma is one of the most caring dogs we have met.

Heute war ein grossartiger Tag! Er fing damit an, dass wir Yuma abholten, um sie in ihr neues Zuhause zu bringen. Zunächst fuhren wir zu einer unserer Freiwilligen, um sie zu baden und herauszuputzen. Anschliessend nahmen wir die Fähre auf die Nachbarinbsel Teneriffa.
Dort angekommen kontaktierten wir Yumas neue Besitzerin und verabredeten uns in einem Park nahe ihres Hauses, um Yuma ihrem neuen Kumpel Pablo vorzustellen. Pablo 7 Jahre alt, nobel, verspielt und seht fröhlich. Anfangs war Yuma, möglicherweise ein bisschen gestresst von der Reise, noch nicht zum spielen aufgelegt, und nach einem Spaziergang mit ihrer anderen kleinen Besitzerin, Meli, ging es ins neue Heim, wo sie sich ausruhte und, siehe da, plötzlich fing sie an zu spielen... Anne sagte uns, dass die beiden Hunde sich gut verstehen, jeder sein eigenes Körbchen hat und viele gemeinsame Spaziergänge unternehmen.
Für die Adoption sind wir ausserordentlich dankbar, denn Yuma lebte 3 lange Jahre im Tierheim, und nie hat jemand nach ihr gefragt. Sie ist so brav, verschmust, nobel, verträglich, verspielt, ein Sonnenschein, ein Juwel, und der ideale Hund. Wir sind so glücklich, dass sie endlich ein Zuhause hat, von dem alle unsere Fellnasen träumen. Danke Anne, Meli, dass ihr sie adoptiert habt... Ich versichere euch, dass ihr viele liebevolle Jahre mit Yuma vor euch habt, sie ist einer der verschmustesten Hunde, die wir bisher in unserem Tierheim hatten.

Como pueden ver, nuestra pequeña Bimba está muy bien en su hogar. Inmaculada, su dueña la adora. Está encantada con ella, toda la familia la quiere muchísimo y como no quererla si es un sol de perrita. Gracias a toda la familia por darle un buen hogar a este ser tan noble y buena.

Nuestro querido ARTE, llegó siendo muy cachorrito a la protectora. Su patita la tenía colgando, afortunadamente y gracias a los cuidados de su casa de acogida, su patita la conserva y hace una vida normal como cualquier perrito. Él corre,... camina, juega...lamentablemente mucha gente ha visto en su patita un problema y NADIE ha preguntado por él. Es un perrito que siempre te saluda cuando llegas, es sociable con casi la mayoría de los perros, esperamos pronto para él una gran sorpresa.

Nuestra querida Yumita, ya tiene casi 4 años, está castrada y ha sufrido de maltrato desde los primeros meses de vida. Es un cielo de perrita, alegre, juguetona, cariñosa, sociable más con perros. Siempre ha compartido jaula con machos, p...or lo general grandes o de su mismo tamaño. Le encantan las pelotas, y los juguetes que suenan, aunque las piedras no le son indiferentes, más cuando son grandotas...como ella. También esperamos para ella lo mejor del mundo.

Nuestro querido Keios sigue en la protectora, esperando la persona que le quiera adoptar. Hablar de Keios, es hablar de un ser maravilloso, tiene 3 años, es cariñoso, alegre, con mucha energía, le encanta jugar con las piedras, pelotas, ca...ñas, con otros perros. Ahora comparte jaula con Yumita, otro encanto. Keios es muy sociable con otros perros, está castrado, es muy obediente, y también protector.... es increíble que nadie se interese en él.

NUEVA ENTRADA - NEW ENTRANCE - NEUZUGANG : BOB

Bob es un perrito de unos 4 años, bueno, sociable, cariñoso, noble, le encanta jugar y los paseos.
La historia de Bob empieza con un vídeo que circula una noche en facebook, al ver a este perrito aparentemente mayor, sus ojos estaban sangrando y en ese vídeo se le veía la patita trasera colgando, estaba en una zona de telde.
Lo difundimos, pidiendo una casa de acogida, tuvimos suerte que esa noche un ángel nos vio, y se ofreció a cuidarle si lo recogíamos, su nombre Guacimara. Rápidamente nos pusimos en contacto con la persona que había difundido el vídeo para saber dónde estaba el viejito. Le rescatamos y fuimos al veterinario, ahí constatamos que sus ojitos tenían una infección severa producto de arañazos de gatos , y que había sido atropellado porque la patita la tenía rota.
Se le curaron los ojitos y se le operó, la operación no fue fácil, porque Bob no tenía una rotura limpia, sino que la rotura de sus huesos era en forma de “V”, se tuvo que lijar el hueso y poner un clavo para que pegase bien y tuviese movilidad su patita. Estuvo primero inmovilizado casi 1 mes, luego paso a una habitación sin contacto con otros perros, se tuvieron que esperar un par de meses para sacar el clavo, porque tenía que pegar todo muy bien. Ahora Bob tendrá que tener rehabilitación, porque aún cree que tiene el clavo y teme apoyar la patita, poco a poco la apoya más, pero siempre es bueno contar con un buen especialista en rehabilitación para estos casos.
Aprovechamos y agradecemos todo el amor, cuidados y atención que ha tenido Bob en su casa de acogida, agradecer a Guacimara y a Octavio por todo su tiempo y amor para con el pequeño Bob.
Pronto, Bob podrá estar al 100% para que una buena familia le pueda adoptar, es una maravilla de perrito. Demos le la oportunidad de ser feliz en un hogar donde le amen, tanto como lo hacen sus papis de acogida.

Bob is a 4-year-old dog. He is a very sociable and loving dog who likes playing and walking.
Bob’s story started one night on facebook, when a video was posted of him in a very bad condition; his eyes were bleeding and one of his hind legs was hanging limp. He was found near Telde.
We spread the news, looking for someone who could foster him, and luckily an angel named Guacimara heard us and offered to care for the animal if we could collect him. We quickly got in touch with the person who posted the video to find out where the poor dog was, rescued him and took him straight to the vet. There we discovered he had a severe infection in his eyes as a result of being scratched by cats, and that a car had at some point run him over and broken his leg badly.
They treated his eye infection and operated on him, but the operation wasn´t easy because the break in Bob’s leg was not clean, but in the shape of a “V”. They had to sand down the bone and insert a pin so that it would hold well and give him movement in his paw. Since it was important that the bone healed properly, he was immobilized for almost 1 month before being moved to an environment without any contact with other dogs for another couple of months before the pin could be removed. Now Bob will have to receive rehabilitation, since he still thinks he has his leg pinned and is afraid to put weight on that paw. Little by little he is using it more, but it is always a good idea to involve a rehabilitation specialist in cases like this.
We take this opportunity to express our thanks for all the love, care and attention that Bob has received in his foster home and to thank Guacimara and Octavio especially for all the time and love they have given to little Bob.
Soon, Bob will make a full recovery and be adopted into a good family, since he is a great little dog. We want to give him the opportunity to be happy in a home where he is given as much love as he is receiving now in his foster home.

Bobs Geschichte begann eines Nachts mit einem Video in facebook, auf dem man einen offensichtlich älteren Hund mit blutenden Augen und einem herabhängenden Hinterbein in der Gegend um Telde sieht.
Wir teilten es, baten um eine Pflegestelle und hatten Glück, dass es in derselben Nacht von einem Engel gesehen wurde, der sich anbot, den Hund aufzunehmen. Sein Name ist Guacimara. Sofort nahmen wir Kontakt zu der Person auf, die das Video eingestellt hatte, um zu erfahren, wo sich der alte Hund befand. Wir holten ihn, brachten ihn zum Tierarzt, der feststellte, dass seine Augen schwer entzündet waren, das Ergebnis einiger Kratzer von Katzen. Ausserdem muss er angefahren worden sein, weil sein Bein gebrochen war.
Wir behandelten seine Augen, er wurde operiert, keine leichte Angelegenheit,,denn Bobs Wunde war nicht sauber, sein Bruch V-förmig, und der Knochen wurde mit einem Nagel "geflickt", um die Beweglichkeit wiederherzustellen. Fast 1 Monat lang durfte er sich nicht bewegen, dann kam er in ein Zimmer ohne Kontakt zu anderen Menschen, und nach ein paar Monaten konnte der Nagel entfernt werden. Der Knochen war gut zusammen gewachsen.
Jetzt braucht Bob Physiotherapie, denn er glaubt, der Nagel sei noch drin und traut sich nicht, sein Bein zu belasten. Nur ganz allmählich tritt er mehr und mehr auf und er braucht einen guten Spezialisten.
Wir möchten die Gelegenheit nutzen und Guacimara und Octavio für all die Liebe, Pflege, Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit danken, die dem kleinen Bob auf seiner Pflegestelle zuteil wurden.
Bald wird er sich zu 100% erholt haben, sodass ihn eine nette Familie adoptieren kann er ist ein toller Hund. Geben wir ihm eine Chance, glücklich zu sein, ein Zuhause zu finden, in dem er so sehr geliebt wird wie von seinen Pflegeeltern.

NUEVA ENTRADA - NEW ENTRANCE - NEUZUGANG : EROS

Eros es un podenco de 5 años, bueno, alegre y agradecido. A él, lo encontraron unos turistas por la zona del Goro en dirección al sur, a punto de entrar a la autopista. Afortunadamente, Eros se asustó y esta pareja pudo cogerle antes de que entrase a la autopista y tuviese un trágico final. Tienes muchas heridas, está muy flaco, no tiene chip… presumimos que está hace mucho tiempo en la calle. Le cuidaremos, le alimentaremos y haremos de Eros el hermoso podenco que es, estará fuerte, guapo y esperando un buen hogar. Gracias a esta pareja por haberle rescatado el día de Reyes.

Eros is a 5-year-old Podenco, very caring, happy and grateful. He was found by tourists near El Goro very close to a motorway slip road. Fortunately, this couple were able to catch him before he was hit by a car. He has lot of wounds, is very thin and doesn’t have a microchip. We think he has been abandoned for a long time. We are going to take care of him and soon he’ll be a beauty of a dog ready for a new home. Thank you very much to this couple for rescuing him on el día de Reyes (Epithany).

Eros ist ein 5jähriger Podenco, brav, fröhlich und sehr dankbar. Touristen fanden ihn in der Gegend um El Goro in Richtung Süden, als er kurz davor war, auf die Autobahn zu laufen. Glücklicherweise erschrak sich Eros, sodass die beiden ihn einfangen konnten, bevor ihm etwas zustiess. Er hat viele Wunden, ist sehr dünn und trägt keinen Microchip... Wir nehmen an, dass er schon lange auf der Strasse lebt, päppeln ihn auf und machen aus Eros einen starken hübschen Hund, der auf ein gutes Zuhause wartet. Danke an dieses Paar, das ihn am Drei-Königstag gerettet hat.

Gara está de maravilla, comparte casa con Audrey y Paco. Norbert y Josh están felices con su gran familia podenquera.
Diariamente la gran mayoría de nuestros perros se reencuentran en sus paseos diarios, todos se ponen muy contentos.
Agradecemos a todos los adoptantes por pensar en estos hermosos podencos, seres nobles que merecen todo el amor del mundo.

Gara is really happy sharing a house with Audrey and Paco. Norbert and Josh are very happy with their family of podencoes.
The majority of our dogs meet almost every day when they go for a walk, and it makes them very happy.
We want to thank all the adopters who choose beautiful podencos. These dogs are great animals who deserve all the love in the world.

Gara geht es hervorragend. Sie teilt das Haus mit Audrey und Paco. Norbert und Josh sind mit ihrer grossen Podencofamilie sehr glücklich. 
Die grosse Mehrheit unserer Hunde trifft sich auf ihren täglichen Spaziergängen, und alle freuen sich darüber.

Agradecemos infinitamente una vez más a : Juan, Loli, Soraya, Almudena y todos quienes les han cooperado y ayudado para que esta grandísima donación se hiciese realidad.
No se imaginan la gran alegría que nos dio, ver tantos regalitos para nuestros peludos : pienso para adulto y cachorro, latas de carne, golosinas, mantitas, medicación, collarines, una cestita, huesitos, etc.
Ellos son personas que se han juntado, han hecho actividades y recaudaron fondos para dar una gran alegría a seres que desafortunadamente no han tenido mucha suerte en este vida. No saben la alegría que les han dado, ver las caritas de nuestros peluditos con sus huesitos no tiene precio. Sabemos que ha sido un esfuerzo grandísimo, más en estos tiempos de crisis, y por esa razón valoramos aún más todo el tiempo, esfuerzo, dinero que han invertido para que puedan nuestros amigos de 4 patas tener alimentos para varios meses más.
Son personas como ustedes las que hacen posible, lo imposible! Sólo nos queda decirles una vez más, mil gracias por vuestro cariño y ayuda.

It was really amazing to see so many presents: dog feed for adults and puppies, tins of meat, dog treats, blankets, medicines, collars, etc.
They are working together, organizing events and collecting money, everything for bringing some happiness to dogs that haven’t been very lucky. It was great to see our dogs’ reactions when they saw their treats. 
We know how difficult it must have been collecting all of this money, and even more so with the economic crisis. For this reason, we want to thank them for their enormous effort and let them know that we are really grateful for everything. Now our dogs will have food for a few more months.
People like this make the impossible possible. We just want to thank them for all their love and help.


Unglaublich dankbar sind wir für den Besuch von Juan, Loli, Soraya, Almudena und allen, die dazu beigetragen haben, dass diese grosszügige Spende zusammenkam.
Sie können sich nicht vorstellen, wie froh wir über so viele Geschenke für unsere Fellnasen sind: Trocken- und Dosenfutter für die ausgewachsenen Hunde und die Welpen, Leckerli, Decken, Medikamente, Halsbänder, ein Körbchen, Kauknochen usw.
Die vier sind Menschen, die sich zusammengetan haben, um Spenden für herrenlose Kreaturen zu sammeln und ihnen eine Freude zu machen. Man kann sich kaum vorstellen, wie sehr wir uns freuen, die glücklichen Gesichter unserer Hunde mit ihren Knochen zu sehen, und wir wissen, dass es für sie eine enorme Anstrengung bedeutet, besonders in Zeiten der Krise, und genau aus diesem Grund schätzen wir ihre Zeit, den Aufwand, das Geld umso mehr. Sie haben sich aufopferungsvoll darum bemüht, dass unsere vierbeinigen Freunde für einige Monate Futter haben.
