CACHORRO BUSCA UN HOGAR - PUPPY LOOKING FOR HOME!
Este cachorrito se llama Archy, lo encontraron hace unas semanas. Las personas que en estos momentos lo están cuidando, les urge encontrarle un hogar pronto. Es muy cariñoso, juguetón, alegre y sociable. Si alguien está interesad@ contactar al móvil : 665528551.
NUEVA ENTRADA - NEW ENTRANCE - NEUZUGANG : MIMOSA
Mimosa, tiene 10 años, es mestiza terrier, hembra. A ella la separaron de su dueña hace 1 mes aproximadamente, lamentablemente su dueña tiene 88 años y sus familiares la han dejado en una ...residencia para mayores, la cual no admiten perros. Mimosa, la iban a dejar en la perrera, pero las vecinas de su dueña no encontraron justo ese final para la pobre perrita. Ellas contactaron con nosotros porque era una situación extrema, si no la acogíamos, lamentandolo mucho...mimosa iba a la perrera.
Imagínense el día a dia de mimosa, siempre atenta a la puerta de la protectora esperando que llegue su dueña a buscarla. Ahora, por lo menos, poco a poco está disfrutando sus paseos. Es por lo general sociable con los demás perros, aunque con las personas no confía mucho. Su mundo era su dueña, no conocía más persona que ella.
Esperamos para mimosa un futuro lleno de esperanza y de amor.

Mimosa is a 10 years old mixed terrier female. One month ago she was separated from her 88 year-old owner when she was put a home for the elderly that doesn’t allow pets. They were going to put Mimosa in the kennel but some neighbours asked us to help.
Everyday for Mimosa is very painful, she always waits next to the door expecting her owner to come back. At least now she is enjoying the walks more. In general she gets on well with other dogs but she doesn’t trust humans. Her entire world was her master and she is not yet used to others.
We just hope she can have a future filled with love.
Mimosa ist eine 10 Jahre alte Terriermischlingshündin, die vor etwa 1 Monat von ihrer Besitzerin getrennt wurde. Leider ist die Dame 88 Jahre alt, und ihre Angehörigen haben sie in ein Altersheim gebracht, in dem keine Tiere erlaubt sind. Mimosa wollten sie im Tierheim abgeben, aber die Nachbarn der alten Dame fanden dies ungerecht und nahmen wegen der aussergewöhnlichen Situation Kontakt mit uns auf. Sollten wir sie nicht in unserer Tierschutzorganisation unterbringen, müsste Mimosa leider ins Tierheim.
Stellen Sie sich den Tagesablauf von Mimosa vor: Sie wartet den ganzen Tag an der Tür, dass ihr Frauchen kommt und sie abholt. Nach und nach kann sie mittlerweile die Spaziergänge ein bisschen geniessen. Im allgemeinen ist sie verträglich mit anderen Hunden, aber zu Menschen hat sie noch wenig Zutrauen. Ihre Welt war ihre Besitzerin, sie kannte keine anderen Menschen ausser ihr.

Nos han llegado estas preciosas fotos de Blondie que ahora se llama Pebbles desde Alemania. Su familia nos dice que es un cielo de perrita, inteligente, cariñosa, sociable y muy buena.
Pebbles se ha adaptado a su nuevo hogar, y se ha integrado muy bien con el resto de sus compañeros de cuatro patas. Le queremos agradecer a la familia Nünninghoff por preferir adoptar y pensar en uno de nuestros perros.

Beautiful pictures arrived from Germany of Blondie, now called Pebbles. Her family said that she is a lovely, intelligent, sociable and very kind dog.
Pebbles has adapted very well to her new home and gets on very well with her other dog friends. We want to thank the Nünninghoff family for adopting one of our dogs.

Pebbles hat sich gut in ihrem neuen Zuhause eingelebt und versteht sich bestens mit ihren neuen vierbeinigen Kumpels. Wir danken Familie Nünninghoff, dass sie bei der Adoption an einen unserer Hunde gedacht haben.
PERRITO PERDIDO - DOG LOST!
Este perrito se perdió anoche, en el barrio de la suerte, Tamaraceite. Fue rescatado hace como de la mediana de la autopista y tuvo que ser operado de la pata trasera derecha. Lleva pechera y correa violeta, es muy asustadizo, en especial con los hombres. No tiene chip, ni responde a nombre alguno. Cualquier información contactar a los móviles :687 22 95 99 / 609 82 24 85.

Joe y John, son los chicos que rescataron al perrito que tenía una cadena de metal incrustada en su cuello en las dunas de maspalomas. Ellos le han llamado Santo, y como bien saben este perrito se encuentra en una casa de acogida de una de nuestras voluntarias.
Joe, ha tenido la magnífica idea de hacer una rifa en su trabajo, con todos los regalos que a veces no nos gustan, o no usamos o que incluso a veces nos regalan por partida doble.
Gracias a todos estos regalitos, y a la generosidad de sus compañeros de trabajo al comprar el número de rifa, se ha recaudado la suma de £ 263. Muchas gracias Joe por tener esta generosa iniciativa, muchas veces no sabemos cómo poder recaudar dinero para pagar el alquiler y las facturas de veterinario, y tú has encontrado una muy buena idea para ello.
Les agradecemos a ambos el ayudarnos y preocuparse tanto por Santo, él está cada día mejor. Recuperando poco a poco la confianza hacia las personas.
Pronto les daremos más noticias de este caso y esperamos pronto tenerlos en la isla.
Joe and John are the couple who rescued a dog in Maspalomas with a chain around his neck. They called him Santo and he is now in one of our volunteer’s house.
Joe had a great idea about organising a raffle in his workplace with all the things we don’t normally use or sometime we got it twice.
Thanks to all the presents and the generosity of his colleagues from work, he collected £ 263. Thank you very much to Joe for having this generous initiative. Most of the time we struggle to get money to pay the rent and the vet's bills, but Joe came up with a great idea.
We are very grateful to them for helping us and for caring about Santo. He is getting better every day and recovering, step by step, hist trust in people.
Soon, we will give you news about Santo and we are looking forward to your next visit.
Joe und John sind die beiden jungen Männer, die den Hund aus den Dünen von Maspalomas retteten, dem sein Metallhalsband im Hals eingewachsen war. Sie nannten ihn Santo, und wie Sie wissen, ist dieser Hund in einer Pflegestelle bei einer unserer ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiterinnen.
Joe hatte die tolle Idee, eine Tombola an seiner Arbeitsstelle zu veranstalten, bei der all die Geschenke, die einem nicht gefallen oder nicht gebraucht werden oder doppelt erhaltene verlost wurden.
Dank all dieser Geschenke und der Grosszügigkeit seiner Kollegen, die Lose kauften, kamen 263 £ zusammen. Vielen Dank, Joe, für diese beispiellose Initiative. Oftmals wissen wir nicht, wie wir das Geld für Miete und Tierarztrechnungen aufbringen sollen, und Du hast eine so tolle Idee gehabt.
Wir danken beiden für ihre Hilfe, und dass sie sich so um Santo kümmern, dem es von Tag zu Tag besser geht. Er fasst auch langsam Vertrauen zu Menschen.
Bald werden wir mehr Neuigkeiten von ihm veröffentlichen und hoffen, die beiden Jungs bald wieder auf der Insel zu haben.

Nos han llegado estas hermosas fotos de Sarita, que ahora se llama Luna, junto a sus dos nuevas compañeras. Ella está muy bien, feliz de tener un hogar.
Su familia, la vio y se enamoraron de ella. Ella es una perrita con mucha energía, le encanta correr, jugar, y es muy cariñosa. Además dentro de casa también es muy buena y tranquila.
Nos alegra mucho verla en la nieve, jugando y disfrutando. Muchísimas gracias a su familia por enviarnos estas fotos tan hermosas, por preferir adoptar y por haber pensado en Sarah.
