El Ayuntamiento de Mogán y la Protectora de Animales Anahí, han venido teniendo contacto sobre este tema desde el año 2.006 primero, en el año 2.011 después y finalmente en el año 2.015 con diferentes Directivas en la Protectora y diferentes Juntas de Gobierno en el Ayuntamiento.
Por las circunstancias que fueren anteriormente que no satisfacían las necesidades de ambas partes, no se celebró convenio alguno.
En 2.015 son otras las circunstancias y los responsables de ambas instituciones ven adecuado llegar a un acuerdo de colaboración.
La Protectora de Animales Anahi es una institución independiente con capacidad jurídica para celebrar cualquier tipo de acuerdo con cualquier otro tipo de institución que estime necesaria y colabore en la defensa de intereses comunes.
Con la firma de este convenio el Ayuntamiento ha querido corregir una situación anómala que se estaba dando en una de sus instalaciones.
Hay gente interesada en crear polémica y enlodar el trabajo de nuestros voluntarios.

Sobre conspiraciones, intrigas, connivencias, bulos y malentendidos , la Sociedad Protectora de Animales Anahi no tiene nada que decir.

Recently, the Animal Protection Society, Anahí, has signed an agreement to collaborate with Mogán Town Hall.
The Town Hall and the Animal Protection Society, Anahí, have had discussions on this topic first in 2006, then again in 2011, and most recently in 2015 under different management at the Protection Society and with different representatives at the Town Hall.
In previous years, due to the circumstances at that time, no agreement could be made that satisfied both parties. However in 2015, a change in circumstances and personnel in both institutions has made it possible for an agreement to be reached.
Anahí is an independent institution, legally entitled to form any type of agreement with any other type of institution it deems necessary, and to co-operate with others in the pursuit of common interests.
With the signing of this agreement, the Town Hall has sought to correct problems that are occurring in one of its facilities.
There are some who are interested in creating controversy and discrediting the work of our volunteers.

Vor kurzem hat die Tierschutzorganisation Anahí ein Abkommen mit der Gemeinde Mogán unterzeichnet.
Der Stadtrat von Mogan und die Tierschutzorganisation Anahí sind bereits seit 2006 wegen dieses Themas in Kontakt, dann wieder 2011 und schliesslich 2015 mit verschiedenen Führungskräften bei Anahí und Vorständen im Gemeinderat.
Da die bisherigen Umstände keine der beiden Verhandlungspartner zufriedenstellten, kam das Abkommen nicht ussetzungenzustande.
2015 sind die Voraussetzungen jedoch andere, die Verantwortlichen beider Seiten sehen sie als adäquat an und kamen zu einer Zusammenarbeit überein.
Die Tierschutzorganisation Anahí ist eine unabhängige Institution mit juristischer Befähigung, Vereinbarungen mit jeglicher Art anderer Institutionen zu schliessen, die sie für notwendig hält und die zum Schutz des Allgemeinwohls arbeitet.
Mit der Unterzeichnung dieses Vertrages will der Gemeinderat eine anormale Situation, die in einer seiner Einrichtungen vorherrscht, verbessern.
Es gibt Menschen, die Polemik verbreiten und die Arbeit unserer ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeiter beschmutzen.
