La dueña de Bailey nos ha escrito, nos dice que ya Bailey está totalmente adaptado, y que son un equipo. Nos comenta que es muy sociable con toda la gente y con el resto de los animales, pero que sus preferidos son los niños porque suelen acariciarle y mimarle muchísimo. Obedece de inmediato, nos dice que tiene muchos amigos de 4 patas y que a veces se junta a jugar hasta 10 perros. Los caballos para él también son nuevos amigos, pero procura estar a una distancia prudencial. La gente le pregunta si Bailey tiene más hermanos, porque les encantaría adoptar uno igual a él. Both are well off and already a great team. He likes everyone crossing his path, no matter if two- or fourlegged, but most of all he loves children because they caress him or play with him. He is so sweet. Everytime she calls him he returns to her and everything else is indifferent. He has found a lot of new friends to romp about with, some days there are more than 10 dogs playing together. Horses, he believes, are his friends, too, we are working hard to ensure not to get too close to them. But he is clever and knows too close means no goody, if he stays away from them he gets one, and he does everything for a goody. Many people are asking if he has brothers or sisters and would like to adopt one of them.
Es geht beiden sehr gut, und sie sind bereits ein eingespieltes Team. Er liebt alle, die ihm begegnen, egal ob Zwei- oder Vierbeiner, vor allem Kinder, denn dann lässt er sich beschmusen und spielt mit ihnen. Er ist so süss. Sobald sie ihn ruft, kommt er zu ihr, und alles andere ist ihm gleichgültig. Er hat so viele neue Freunde, mit denen er toben kann, an manchen Tagen sind es bis bis zu 10 Hunde. Die Pferde, denkt er, seien auch seine Freunde, wir arbeiten daran, dass er lernt, ihnen nicht zu nahe zu kommen. Aber er ist schlau und weiss, zu nahe bedeutet kein Leckerli, nimmt er Abstand, bekommt er eines, und für Leckerli macht er alles. Viele Menschen fragen, ob Bailey noch Geschwister hat und würden auch gerne eines davon adoptieren.
